Job shadowing w Rimini - nauczycieli ze szkół Powiatu Goleniowskiego - 26.06.2024 r.

Wyjazd został zorganizowany z projektu Powiatu Goleniowskiego: „Mobilność edukacyjna szansą na rozwój umiejętności zawodowych” realizowanego w ramach projektu „Zagraniczna mobilność edukacyjna uczniów i absolwentów oraz kadry kształcenia zawodowego” współfinansowanego przez Unię Europejską ze środków Europejskiego Funduszu Społecznego+, w Programie Fundusze Europejskie dla Rozwoju Społecznego 2021-2027 realizowanego na zasadach Programu Erasmus+

4 teachers from Zespół Szkół nr 1 im. Stanisława Staszica in Nowogard and Zespół Szkół nr 1 in Goleniów took part in a job shadowing training in Italian companies from 10.06 to 14.06.2024. Participating in job shadowing allowed the teachers to learn about new practical solutions observing Italian professionals at work. The catering and hotel industry teachers have learnt about keeping high standards in services, running a hotel business, how to select best quality products, prepare and serve dishes. The logistics teachers have learnt about the rules of inventories management in a hotel, how to coordinate goods deliveries and energy usage and how to ensure smooth process of transportation services for the hotel guests. The gained knowledge and professional skills will be shared with students and teachers of particular profiles.

Project „Transnational educational mobility of students, graduates and vocational education staff” co-funded by the European Union through the European Social Fund Plus, European Funds for Social Development 2021-2027 learning agreement – short- term internships for learners. The mobility was organised within the European project „ Educational mobility a chance of professional skills development” carried out by the Goleniów country.
